Welcome to UJAAN. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and UJAAN.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UJAAN website (ujaan.me) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Account & Registration
You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. UJAAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability. We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, card, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be processed or if items are out of stock.
4. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across Bangladesh to selected areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. UJAAN is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for items that are defective or not as described. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached. Customised or sale items cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on UJAAN, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of UJAAN and protected by Bangladesh copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
UJAAN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of UJAAN after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sherpur, Bangladesh.
