30-Day Return Window
Submit your return request within 30 days of your delivery date.
Eligible for Return
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered (wrong size, colour, or product)
- Item significantly differs from the product description
- Item has a manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric flaw)
Not Eligible
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Custom-tailored or personalised items
- Return request made after 30 days of delivery
How to Return
Submit a return request
Go to My Orders → select the order → click "Request Return". Describe the issue and attach photos.
We review your request
Our team reviews within 24–48 hours. We may contact you for additional photos or information.
Ship the item back
Once approved, we arrange a pickup from your address at no charge. Do not ship without prior approval.
Inspection & resolution
We inspect the returned item. If eligible, we process a replacement or refund within 7–14 business days.
